Let's see, where do i start with this, i've atleast had one dating experience from someone on this site and it turned out to be a really big scare. But that is a chance you take anytime, anywhere. Honestly if i could delete any experience that ive had in my past i think, that id be a lot better off. But i havent given up on life and love, it has made me more cautious. Age is just a number these days and theboth the good and the wierd ones come in all shapes, looks and sizes. Perhaps life will throw something better towards my way some day.

`Next time do a Google search on the person, as well as the court records for the last couple counties of residence domestic violence ,other criminal cases , tax Judgments, bankruptsy and assorted tickets too will show up, also you can do a search on assets in public records , that will tell you if they are behind in property taxes too and if they are married/divorced etc. All kinds of information will appear before your eyes. Hate to be mistrustful, but anyone can make themselves to look good when they are anything but, so......

Google truly is your best friend when you go to meet a new person and safety is at risk!

`I hadn't been on this site in a long time but this guy had asked to talk to me end of last year and so this year I found myself single and decided to look him up. He was still on here so we talked a couple times, turns out he's from where I'm from. A couple weeks ago, I see something in the local paper and see a congratulations to him and his wife (that was a surprise) on their new baby. I'm not perfect but if asked come straight out with the truth. Maybe I should've asked if he was married and expecting a baby.

`Hi mk2u,
I think we are ALL GUILTY of not asking the right questions, not only that but which questions to ask, with out coming off as not trusting, I think we want to believe this time might just work out. I had my so-called boyfriends wife stop by to confirm that he was indeed cheating (EVERYONE who knew him had said he was divorced) so I had no Idea he had us both on the line, when I saw tears in her eyes,I had to tell her the truth, then we turned the tables on him. But I didn't think to question him on that one when everyone else had said something similar about his status.
There has to be someone out there for everyone, keep trying!

`Well, basically, like everyone else I'm here to meet people. It doesn't upset me or anything just wish he would've just been straight with me. I mean good for him, a relationship and a baby. He's a lucky guy. I don't know about doing the search thing either, seems like too much trouble but then maybe thats why in the past I have not dated the nicest guys. Thanks, blackfooted girl, I do believe that there is someone out there for me, too. I do admit I'm not the most innocent.
