Sunshine....in search of........

I am a common, country girl at heart stuck in a city girl's body. I grew up in the country and miss that peaceful way of life. I am most passionate about my family and friends. They mean the world to me. There is nothing I would not do to assist them. I am passionate about the causes that I participate in for Native Americans. I enjoy learning all I can about Native American history due to my Cherokee ancestry. Although I cannot authenticate the ancestry (those who could have passed on), I am proud of what I have. I have a wide array of interests. For instance, I would love to be a member of a tornado chase team (even though I can't stand tornados!) and a member of a ghost hunting team (now that would be cool!). I enjoy various types of music: country, classic rock and some blues. I'm also a t.v. buff - I love various types of shows, from comedy to sci-fi. My favorite places to visit of all times are TN, NM and CA. I have three "prides of joy" - my 4 year old in Eastern TN, my 17 year old nephew in Western TN, and my 6 year old Sheltie. I am looking for someone who can make me laugh. Someone who is a non-smoker but an occasional drinker. Someone who is sincere, trustworthy and honest. Someone who is not into playing games. Someone who appreciates the simple things in life. Someone who totally backs their 'significant other' in whatever that individual does, as the 'significant other' should do in reverse. Someone who appreciates their family and friends. Someone who says "thank you". Someone who likes to go and listen to music, but also enjoys a quiet evening at home. Someone who is a romantic at heart and doesn't mind a little "pda" (public display of affection - i.e., hand holding). Someone who listens. Someone who is willing to put up with the good and bad. Someone who knows they will be appreciated for the small things that are done. Someone who will walk beside me, not in front or behind me. Someone who will be my best friend forever.
